How do I activate international roaming service

Hi, I am in Singapore today. Is there any way to activate international roaming service for making calls/smses.. I really need this feature for my webe network here.. staying here at Singapore for a few days.. need help urgently please..

How do I activate International Roaming?
To activate International Roaming, you just need to activate the service first from your Self-Care account.

Your International Roaming service will be activated immediately upon successful remit of the deposit payment.

Please ensure you complete this step at least 24 hours before travelling overseas.

Login to your selfcare in the website, and click on Subscription. Look for International Roaming. Deposit of RM300 is required. Please ensure to activate International Roaming prior to your travel.
