How to deactivate

Hi, currently I have 2 line with me. Webe and unifi mobile. Can I port out one of it? If not how to deactivate my Webe sim. Already tried to contact through live chat but got no responsed.

Hello,

 

The only way to deactivate is through livechat or TM Point because they do have the system. But as for now all TM Point are closed due to RMO. As for now the only way is livechat, I think you can follow up with them again.

Yass. I already tried to reach them through live chat since last week actually. But never got any responsed. I also sent an email regarding this matter but still got no reply.

You can port out the old webe one (i assume you got no contract), just like that.

But if you want to terminate, then you need to livechat.
