Hi, @MZahidi. I have experienced the same issue before this. Wht I did was, switch off my phone to remove/reinsert SIM, restart my phone and reset APN. I can use data and make calls with no issue after that. Give it a try.
Pls ensure your location is within unifi Mobile coverage and your account is ACTIVE. If its doesn't work on you, try to reach unifi support for further assistance.
