I was very disappointed.

My case Number is U-1501376 

 I applied for it on March 22nd and waited almost three months. I have not received a refund yet. I contacted the service center and heard a rumor that I had to apply again. It is incredible to offer such a service. Service improvement is very much needed TM

i think you just need to follow up with them again and get them to expedite this for you.
