Your phone got VoLTE activated?
voice using 2G , 3G , Volte4G . some area already start shutdown 3G (Malaysia will end 3G end of the 2021).
so if 3G down , your phone not support Volte4G , then will getting 2G voice , this maybe cause line slow or what .
