The line of the unifi mobile is so **bleep** slow! Since Friday night I can't load into any games until 2am in the midnight. Can I know what is going on to the network? I just sign a one year contract with unifi mobile but I am experiencing what I am not expected to be happened. I need some feedback. TQ
Have you tried troubleshoot your phone? If not yet, maybe you can try follow these steps ya
1.Restart your mobile phone.
2.Check to ensure you are connected to unifi network.
3.Ensure the Signal Level is good.
4.Wait for 10 minutes and try again.
5.Clear application cache and stop all background apps.
6.Close and re-launch the application.
7.Make sure mobile phone internal space is not full.
