Hi..what is defined by an active subscriber? I just ordered and not received the sim yet. Is it mean that once I have an account with Webe (active line) only then I can use the live chat? bcoz at the moment, when i clicked it, it says only for active subscriber. TQ

I would recommend you to use Google Chrome/internet explorer. Please log in to your Selfcare first. You can chat with them if you have the Selfcare account. You will have Selfcare account once you have completed your payment/order. As far as I remember, you are able to Chat with them to check on the delivery status, there should be no issue if the parcel is on the way. If not, try to contact them with other options on the link to check on this issue. Hope this will help you.
