Lost webe simcard - do my principal has to come to tmpoint as wellas well
Hi. I just lost my webe simcard. Since my webe postpaid plan is under the family plan and mine is only the sub-unit, does my principal(i.e. the main account holder) has to come as well to the tmpoint for the sim replacement? Or sufficient if I come alone, or the least bring his photocopied ic?

general rule is the registered account owner will be the one need to walkin to tmpoint for sim replacement due to security reason. The easiest is to get the registered account owner to request for sim card replacement via livechat team and have them send the sim card to the owner.
