Mi Max 4g lte issue

Anyone using mi max global rom?having issue with connecting to 4g lte.anyone know how to solve it?thanks

Mi Max doesn't seem to support band 5 LTE used by webe based on its specification

Realised that there is a MY set for Mi Max which does support band 5 LTE provided your webe SIM is inserted in SIM slot 1 for 4G data connection

I also used mi max, our phone support LTE band 1,3,7...etc but not support band 5 .. hopefully webe upgrade existing equipmemt...webe care about customer

i also tried to put my webe sim card at slot 1..but still unable to performe 4g
