Mobile network not certified by carrier

Hi,

Received the following message when I tried to enable LTE on my iPhone 5.

"This mobile network has not been certified by the carrier for LTE on iPhone.  Battery life, calls, text messages, voicemail and mobile data may be affected".

What does this mean?

Re: Mobile network not certified by carrier

Hello @jy,

It basically means webe has not listed as Apple’s supported carrier yet

Using features on iPhone (i.e iMessage and Facetime) require a bit of manual settings. Check this link :

Re: Mobile network not certified by carrier

you can use LTE on iPhone, with manual settings required. Visit this link https://explore.webe.com.my/t5/Tips-Guides/using-webe-4G-network-with-band-5-LTE-device/m-p/1008#M25 to check how to do it.
