My account is suspend, I need to activate my account ASAP

Dear Unifi,
I received an email as below.
"Your request for line suspension has been approved. Your line will be suspended from 24/02/2021."

I didn't request to suspend my account, please keep the account active.

Let me know if you more information.

I managed to talk to customer service, I need to verify the account through mobile@unifi app.

 

The re-activation would take up to 24 hours.

have yours been activated? i cant seem to get contact with unifi live chat, its always on hold for hours

Hi @Yakumo @ipetermac ,

 

Do the profile verification via app first, then you can hit livechat via app.

It may be hard to reach but that is the only way to reactivate your number.
