Network unstable

Since my first complain & 2nd complain didnt get any respond or nothing changes. Here im back to remind that my network connection are still lousy, unstable , no full bar network connection, slow speed & etc. A lot more loyal customer did complain through the right channel but the result still the same. My last option is to forward a complain to MCMC soon if this issue did not resolve until next month and will terminate my subs and change to other carrier. Best regards.
