New sim in Huawei p9 . Cannot access LTE Connection

Hi ,

i have been dealing with this issue where i cannot access LTE connection for quite some time . From the day i used which is i don't remember but it has been 2 months i think . I've been calling customer service but it didn't help . I'm using Huawei P9 . All steps have been told by customer service but it didn't work . Can you please fix my issue ?

u bought from huawei malaysia? webe lte is on band 5 now, if it's not malaysia set maybe it's not band 5 supported...or maybe you're not in webe lte covrage?

Saya pn jd mcmni jugak. Tmpt ada LTE tp saya takda. Kwn saya pakai semua okay. Phone sama jugak beli set malaysia. Ke masalah simcard? Line internter kejap2 tukar 3g. Kerap sgt. Pls help me.

I've alrdy check my coverage..it said 4G but i still cannot have the LTE

Cuba set semula APN dan restart phone

Android models:

1. Settings > More > Mobile networks/Cellular networks > Access point names OR Settings > Mobile networks > Access Point Names
2. Click “Edit the Access Point Names” and change the Access Point Name to unifi
3. Leave other fields as-is and Save the new setting.
4. Reboot your phone if necessary.

It's the basic troubleshooting steps that we know off. Other than that, would be best to refer to Live Chat directly for them to tackle it from their end. We're trying to help each other out as much as we can

the problem always happen with huawei / honor phone it wont get 4g , only h+ even if the phone support band 5
