I am experiencing no 4G LTE Coverage at my location, after successfully port out from old telco and inserting new sim card then my connection is in H+, I was expecting to be 4G once activated, I make up my mind to contact Unifi Live chat agent for assistance they provide instructions to reset APN, check preferred network mode, network reset, phone restart numerous times (It will be in 4G after few seconds it change to H+) and Change sim card to phone and Other sim card to my phone (DiGi, Celcom and YES has 4G connection). The H+ connection constantly fix on that connection.
Any Suggestions or Advice on this matter will be highly appreciated!
Yeah! I did that too, I put my Unifi sim card to other phone and did necessary methods settings as well but same issue occurring. I wondering what it could be?
