No representative available for many days

I want to upgrade my subline plan. It been a week I've been try to connect with representative and what I've got is "All our representative is currently engaged with other customers...." until timeout! I have try waiting and waiting and waiting. The statement "Alternatively, you can just log-in to your Self-Care account at https://mobile.unifi.com.my/selfcare and Live Chat with our unifi representative.

We are available 24/7." is not match with the situation because I want to upgrade. Email is straightforward when the chat is always busy. Because it is straightforward; UPGRADE PLAN. How do I get into representative to assist me to upgrade plan faster and smooth

yes @Luiey , i noticed mobile livechat really busy these couple of days.

 

If you are in hurry then what i could suggest is to walk in to TMpoint near you.

Oh I see. No wonder on october, I can get to representative without waiting too long. Ok, I will consider to go to nearest TMPoint. Thanks
