Not able to receive verification code

Im not able to receive verification code.

Already chat with live chat support 

1. Asked me to delete and install app - done

2. Asked me to use existing user - done with error messg number not in service

3. Asked me to enable premium sms - im using android 6.0 and already mentioned that Google™ has not added management of Premium SMS to Android™ 6.0. But the person still dont understand.

 

I have wasted 30 mins talking to this live chat and problem still unresolved.

Are you referring to the mobile@unifi app or the mobilecare@unifi?

I already call #100 tm but not solved

I chat at live chat still not solved

 

I never received verification sms..

How i want to sig up on mobile app
