Overdue amount

Hi,i received an email from unifi informing taht my account is deactivated. So i would need to pay the overdue amount.

 

when i check on my charges as i want to pay the bills. There is a pop up as below, please advise :

Hi there @Jojoi ,

 

That pop up only happen in unifi portal if im not mistaken. You are mobile user or unifi home user?

I am mobile user. Is there a way for me to pay the overdue amount and to activate back my number?

I see @Jojoi ,

 

So your number was terminated back then?

You have paid all of the outstanding?

Hi,

 

i believe so my nimber has been terminated.

 

No,that is why i receive the email to pay the overdue amout/outstanding. And when i click the link from the email. It will go straigh to the unifi portal. And there is no charges stated in the portal. 

This is the issue as i want to pay the oustanding and ask if my nimber can be activate back.
