Hi,i received an email from unifi informing taht my account is deactivated. So i would need to pay the overdue amount.
when i check on my charges as i want to pay the bills. There is a pop up as below, please advise :

i believe so my nimber has been terminated.
No,that is why i receive the email to pay the overdue amout/outstanding. And when i click the link from the email. It will go straigh to the unifi portal. And there is no charges stated in the portal.
This is the issue as i want to pay the oustanding and ask if my nimber can be activate back.
