Dear, we have succesful to terminate our TM service, but TM did not inform us anything for our deposit refund and they did not request us for any banking details too. I tried to call 100 and they keep pass the line 3 times to billing department and I been waited for 35mins in the phone call, however no one is picking up the phone. Please help and assits. Appriciate for your help.
just share my experience about TM product
few month ago , i upgrade my streamyx to unifi , after everything complete , i received sms from my streamyx account say still got balance in that account , few days later i received a cheque from TM for balance overpaid or maybe deposit , not sure what is that balance is .
