Port IN Issue

hi,

 

I have issue with Celcom. Unable to Port IN due to Account Overdue. but checked with Celcom, account status in Good. Some Technical Issue from Celcom. This Issue been Dragged to 2nd Week now.

 

My Question is, Is there any issue will be from UNIFI Mobile site ? Cause the request still in processing for long.

 

i unable to Live Chat. Tats the reason to ask via community.
