Port IN to webe verification number expire too fast!!

Today, I missed a verification process to verify that this number is mine since it will expire in TWO MINUTE. I might be in busy in that time so i missed it.

And also today, ive been asking for resubmitting my webe application and they will taking 1-2 days.

It takes TWO DAYS atleast for resubmitting my webe application and it only take TWO MINUTES for the verification process that takes TWO DAYS to apply expire??????

Can you change that TWO MINUTES become TWO DAYS too?

not sure about this, I was suggested to have the phone with me when submitting the request... then, for resubmitting MNP the telco will provide 24 hours to reply..
