I have issue to be ported out from Unifi to another Telco. Recently I requested to be ported out, and have replied the SMS from Unifi within the timeframe given. But the port out request was rejected because unifi claimed that I did not reply timely.
Now I have request to port out again, and experience the same issue. Unifi claimed that they did not received my reply. Anyone experience the same issue, or can help on this?
The livechat did not help as they said they cannot check due to system issue. And they said in their own words, I just have to live with this.
