Problem Simcard delivery

salam n hello. I haven't received my simcard yet . I have called to confirm my number on 23july . And until now havent received my simcard yet. 5Aug webe called me say sorry for this late bcause of road factor and my house is outside town . So thats why late. Today 11aug still didn't received anything yet. I called webe careline yesterday , she said the same reason . 5aug is their second delivery for my simcard and also ask me to just wait for their called / delivery.. I dont know what to say anymore. I just really really really dissapointed since i wanna be second line number from my father. This problem really make me upset for your service. Thank you so much. Suggestions, Better u used POSLAJU so we can track it by ourselves and pick it up by our own "effort" . Thanks. Assalam.

Oh dear. That's not nice to hear. Felt sorry to hear that. I hope by now you should be getting it already. If still yet to receive, better to check with livechat team once again on the status.
