OMG! Maybe you can get assistance from Live Chat Team. Go to your mobile@unifi app then get assistance from unifi Live Chat Team. Just in case your issue can be resolve.
Hi, i'm having the same issue here.
Purchased online PIN from m2u. Received PIN via sms, then i key in reload PIN to mobile@unifi app.
Then error pops out that reload cannot proceed.
Contacted Live Chat in the app, no one reply or response. Contact twitter PM, replied few times and became silent.
This morning received email support from them, I replied also then provided screenshots, etc. All I responded, but they wont reply back. :-(
That's bad customer service and facing reload PIN issue despite payment made.
ye, saya pon hadapi masalah yg sama, masalah ngan unifi ni, sepatutnya inform la kpd customers berkenaan masalah ini via SMS ke.
korang cuba Bank (online transfers), alhamdulillah, tak ada masalah, cuma reload je problem
