Hi

Today around 2pm i do online chat with webe customer service name Shamala I think so. I asked her 2 3 ques that i confused with my 1st bill, at first she try answered but at last she left the conversation. It was so rude! She didnt solve my problem! WEBE Online chat customer service behave like this?

Hmmm....really sad to know this. Not sure what really went wrong. Maybe system issue that got the chat disconnect or human error? Maybe best to write in via feedback form?
