I have received my webe sim card quite some time. For your info, I want to maintain my current mobile no. however the registration to maintain that no. for webe is not sucessful. According to webe, I use my old IC no. when I register with the current mobile operator which is Celcom. I just check with Celcom and they said the registration is using my new IC no.
hi @AAMAyu ; if you already received your sim and confirmed both webe & celcom is having the SAME NRIC number ; you can resubmit your request to port in to webe again in your Self Care account (under order tab).
