so if im make payment within this month (December) i still can use 3608?
If I already make payment today by using JOMPAY code 3608, is it still acceptable? If can't, how did I get the money back? Because my mobile still service disruption can't call can't use the mobile data... Urgent

For new unifi Mobile Account Number right now will use 10 Digit Number instead from 9 Digit Number before that.You may call 100 or LiveChat to get the details for your unifi Mobile Account Details
I have followed this code 8888 to pay my January,2022 bill on 13/1/2022, but why my bill is still outstanding? My account No. is 1706049564. the amount RM 20.15 for January,2022 was credited in my account
Have you contact with Livechat team to check the payment status? Might be there is issue with payment update. You may contact them via https://unifi.com.my/support/contact-us for clarification.
As far as I know, there is a glitch which January's payment is not updated in February's bill. However, the payment is receive as long as the transaction successful. You can also contact their Live Chat for reconfirmation.
