Hi, please check your coverage at the said location as I have been travelling quite often from KL to Kuantan and once I reached Karak via LPT Highway, the coverage is so slow and sometimes there's no data at all. The line often changes from EDGE to no service and it continued until I reached Gambang. Kindly look into this matter soonest possible as I need data for my children to watch Youtube. Thanks
Hi @hilmi_88 . Have you tried to check unifi mobile coverage via this link, https://unifi.com.my/check-coverage? From the link, you can check whether the location is under unifi mobile LTE/4G coverage. Beside that, you can try to update the APN setting and APN setting is "unifi". If still the same, should contact customer support at https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us. They will help you to fix or provide the best solution for your issue. I recommend you to contact them via Live Chat or Socmed, it's much easier.
This is not the kind of answer I am looking for MrsAda.
As I mentioned before, when I reached Karak via LPT Highway the coverage changed to EDGE or no service at all. However, I have received a rather satisfying reply from Unifi team on FB Messenger as below:
"Untuk makluman, kebanyakkan pemancar di LPT menggunakan pemancar 3G namun disebabkan program Jendela, pemancar 3G telah ditamatkan bagi memesatkan pengembangkan rangkaian 4G kesemua kawasan. Pihak unifi masih lagi berusaha mengembangkan rangkaian ke semua kawasan."
Thank you for your effort by the way.
Hi hilmi_88, the services offered depend on the “Best Effort Basis”. “Best effort basis” means a service rate that depends on several factors such as location, coverage, distance of the substation to your residence and the number of users using the service at one time. Unifi team is working hard to provide the best service to customers. I also hope from unifi team.
What doesn't make sense is that MAXIS, UMobile also shut down their 3G network.
But how they can still provide network along the LPT highway?
Lame excuse to say Best Effort Service when there is no Effort taken..
There is so many towers around there. What is so hard to run a Fiber cable to the tower, install a booster and repeater for 4G signal.. It is not rocket since as Umobile did this and solve the problem in 1 month.
Jendela project, a RM21billion project launched and still no resolution for the oldest Telco provider in Malaysia is really a humilation to be supporting Unifi Mobile. seriously.

Howevever, if you still facing a newtork issue even througt the location is within 4g LTE coverage, you may try to contact unifi support at https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us for further assistance.
