i have used unifi mobile for the past months with full LTE coverage in my home.
3 days ago suddenly unifi drop death. From full LTE to single bar Edge. Sometimes not even a signal.
try to contact live chat or support for this matter. They keep saying "APN / resest / and all other thing" that indicate my phone is the problem.
i have 6 phones different brand that have the same issue. All hppen at the same time.
now my question is, do you ever check if there's a problem on your side or just saying it was the customer device problem?
