Absolutely right !!
I am totally regret after switching to Unifi Mobile. When they offer over the phone, everything looks fabulous. But after done the process and using it, I found out it is not as good as it sound.
I have lodged a complaint via Live Chat (doesn't really helpful) and also via email to Mobilecare. If the issue still persists, I will have to go to TM office to find the solution and most probably terminate the service at no penalty cost incur.
Even worst I have got the faulty simcard delivered to my house. I have lost my meeting in Sungai Petani due to the faulty simcard and had have to go to TM office to rectify it.
What a bad experience and service on UNIFI MOBILE !!
