Haii sy menggunakan yes dan ingin tukar ke unifi mobile rm59. Sy dah dpt simkad. Tp smpai sekarang masih xboleh guna simkad tu. Dah sy xtahu dah buat pertukaran ke belum.
kena tgu yes down atau dah tiada line dari yes dulu baru masuk sim kad unifi... then follow instruction. ni maintain number kan..
after complaining about unifi bebas customer service..i got this cursing message..not sure if someone got no job who have got my number from the MCO entry log book and sent me that message or from unifi bebas crew.

Hi. I requested to port in from digi and i received the sim via courier on 08/09/2021, i sent sms to 63001 via digi (unifi< >on<> do number) after i receive the sim. But until now, i havent received any sms or information about the port in status even from digi telco, there is no any confirmation sms i have received. I am still waiting for the confirmation sms to be received. Until that time, i am curious that either my port in request has been submitted to my current telco or not. My number is 01133503418.
