Cuba cik guna Google Chrome, masuk ke website https://www.webe.com.my/customer/login dan tekan Selfcare tab > Bills. Senarai bill akan keluar, kalau nak lihat butiran sila ke View/Print. Jika ada masalah jugak, sila contact Livechat webe. Mereka akan tolong cik untuk semak.

but payment code sent to the barred phone. Since the phone is barred. What other way i can make my payment?

When phone is barred, you should be able to receive sms.

Anyway, any other method payment....you can login to online banking to pay thru self-care.
