Saya dah tanya dah kat livechat .. nak terminate subscription.  sebab ambik yg ada kontrak 12 bulan kena bayar full amount Rm59 x 12 bulan  = RM750/-plus minus. Just imagine kalau 1000 orang nak port out sebab tak puas hati due to bad connection, buta buta ja Unifi akan dapat Rm750,000/- if 2000 people or 3000 people.. lagi la.. kayo pokcik.

same case here.. totally regret with this service.. too bad dah sub contract 12bulan.. dah la poor connection, very lousy internet speed pula.. utk nenek/datuk yg hanya guna tenet layan whatsapp saja layak guna unifi mobile 59 ni.. klau yg bkerja nak guna data laju sepanjang masa, mmg nangis laa.. nak zoom conference pun buffer lebih.. layan youtube max 480P itu pun ikut kawasan klau load 720P/1080P mmg tengok buffer pusing² sja la sepanjang masa.. netflix load poor video quality walaupun dah set maximum data usage.. nak layan gaming, pubg jangan cakap la, teammates dah turun kat pochinki berperang, kau masih dlm kapal tunggu kna buang dlm laut.. sama kes dgn main mlbb, bila mati ping boleh hijau sampai 60ms, sekali hidup atau jumpa enemy, ping otomatik merah boleh sampai 9XXms🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

bila pegi live chat tanya kenapa mcm tu, dia jawab area congested.. dah tahu area ni dah ramai user, kenapa x upgrade antenna/modem/router/tower atau apa² yg sepatutnya utk tampung usage client.. xkan nak kami client yg pegi panjat tiang tukar apa yg sepatutnya?

Betul tu. Buat duit dgn cara tindas pengguna. Menyesal pilih unifi mobile. Ramai yg trtipu dgn iklan manis yg ditygkn. Service sgt teruk sekali. Makin lama makin slow internet. Pihak unifi yg tk dpt bg service yg elok kepada pengguna, bila pengguna nak tukar telco lain, kita plak yg kene bayar atas sebab pihak unifi yg tidak cekap. Sebabtu la unifi letak kontrak setahun, unifi tahu je servis yg diorg ditwrkn kepada pengguna ni hanya sekadar indah khabar dari rupa. So bila dh jd cmni bolehla diorg amek kesempatan atas t&c yg diorg dh tetapkn. Selfish pnya telco

I just submit a complaint to MCMC, about Unifi poor 4G service and the fact that I have to pay the whole 12months subscription fee if I wish to terminate the service eventho I just port in late April 2020.

Go to htpps://aduan.skmm.gov.my  and submit your complaint there. Hopefully after many consumers submit complaint about the poor Unifi 4G service, we are allowed to port out without such penalty. To Unifi, if you deliver, there will be no such numerous complaint from the customers. Check this community page and count how many angry customers here. You'll get the picture how incompetent your services are.

Yes this is not fair for us. Already your service sucks. Please wake up Unifi
