Unable to buy BEBAS unlimited add on

I've been having this problem since the latest upgrade. Trying to renew my unifi BEBAS add on bit unable to do so as the same error keeps on popping up. It keeps on saying that I have an active BEBAS unlimited add on when clearly I don't have any. Contacted the Live chat teams 5 times in total and yet still cannot resolve this issue. Attached is the screenshot of error etc. Can anyone help?

Already tried gazillions times. Already contacted customer service gazillion time as well and yet the problem still persists. Hmm
