Hi. Have you checked if your account is active? Sometimes I forgot to pay the bill so they suspended my line. You can check your line status via Myunifi apps also.
Hai @ongrena1 You can insert SIM card in other certified phones (band 5 - 850MHz) and monitor if the issue still persists.
