Well, not sure if I should call you since I have your phone number now But it will be much better if you could contact their careline https://mobile.unifi.com.my/explore/contact-us Confirm with the email address registered and make sure it is the same as your registered email address.
Other method to get bill is via self-care. If your self-care shows no subscription or error during bill viewing, contact their careline for solutions. But if you are able to login to your selfcare and there is subscription, go to charges and click on view/print bills at https://mobile.unifi.com.my/selfcare/charges and make sure pop up been allowed.
