Unifi 99 at 59 package enquiry and its first month payment enquiry

Purchased unifi 99 at 59 but my first bill come out to be unifi mobile 139 and the charges is different from expected is it unifi mobile 139 and 59 the same.???? They charge me rm 139 instead of rm 59 per month. My unifi self care apps state my account is unifi mobile 59 se then come to my official site account showed unifi mobile 139 se it make me confuse ???

For the first bill :

1.  start charge from the date that you start for the services not fully charge 

2. It also charge for the advance month 

     Example : Rm139 - rm80 (discount) = Rm59 (as stated in the bill clearly) exclude tax

This is how exactly i understand hopefully it may help ....
