Late September 2019, I had received an offer for a month free trial for the Unifi Air and I had refund it to the TM Point on October before the trial ended. The account for the Unifi Air supposed already had been terminated but the account still active and charged me from October 2019 with total RM208 right now! Live chat not responded (reason heavy traffic), FB private message (also no respond ), Open new case (Ref U-2070606) shown resolved but the account still active and problem haven't solved yet. Go to TM Point (btw staff had confirmed that i had returned the router but till now havent any action taken). Please fix this problem ASAP because i had been charged without reasons even i already stop using the services.
