@Charlize , yes it is my wish to switch to other ISPs too, but I would like to terminate this UnifiAir service first, and they are not allowing me to do so!
I have just lodged a complaint to the Consumer's Association. Hopefully they will be able to help me on this matter.
In PARIT BUNTAR area , Started on last month my unifi air internet speed was less then 5mbps, and very slow , sometime less then 2Mbps .
I'm totally can't use to do my work even login an email or Whatapps also always disconnected , It very bad & still need to pay a bill , totally unfair on that.

Hi sya ada masalah unifi tk dapat trsmbung. Smbungan putus. Sya dh maklum pde yg psg mule2 tpi blm ada balasan. Dh sminggu tk dpt guna unifi ji. Sya bru je psg belum ade sebulan
