Hello, i want to ask do i need to return the modem if i teminate my account after end of contract, been using for almost 3 year now, when i want to terminate the receptionist asked me to return the modem?

Hi, @epin22 👋 As far as I know, no need to return the modem if you terminate your unifi Air account beyond the contract period. You can contact customer service to submit termination request via Live Chat or check other alternative contact information from "Contact Us" link here, https://home.unifi.com.my/support/contact-us
Don't forget to standby with screenshot copy of supporting documents below incase they request you to provide it for refund purposes:-
1) Copy of IC crossed front and back
2) Copy of bank statement
