Unifi Mobile App Not Working Today - Required Update, But App Is the Latest Version

Problems: Cannot access to the Unifi Mobile App

Error Message: Your app isn't on the latest version. You'll have to update the app to continue the thing you love!

I checked the Unifi Mobile App in Android Play Store, latest version released on 19th Oct 2021, I think I have the latest version app. Old phone not supported? I am using Huawei P20.

The latest version for mobile@unifi app is 3.9.9. Try to clear cache and you will be able to see the latest version.
