Unifi Mobile Postpaid Line Invalid - Cant proceed with payment

Hi Unifi,

 

I can't proceed with this month's payment for Unifi Mobile postpaid as my account no. seems invalid. Also, noticed that in the Myunifi apps, my account for Unifi Mobile postpaid has been disappeared. Is my phone postpaid line suspended/expired/disconnected etc.?

Please assist/resolve urgently.

Please use JomPay, and use your old number (9 digit) and old biller code 3608.
