if you new user , the prorate is something like deposit , it will use in your future bill
when the 1st bill come , it will having 2 month bill together , the 1st month will calculate day of use for that month , mean if 1st month u using 15day , your unifi is RM100 , then you just pay RM50 .
after that , 2nd month is back to normal . not all use bill circle is from 1st to 30/31 , some maybe from 10th to 9th (cross over month) .
