Unifi mobile registration problem

For the RM99 at RM59 package registration asks to attach the NRIC.

Tried many times to attached but could not. The file is JPG. At what pixel does the form accept the jpg files?

I can help you check the exact pixel for that, because i dont have that information. I assumed you already tried png format also?

Thank you for your response. Accidently I found out that the attachement has already taken place.

It did not show in the attachment box but when the cursor was place on the box it showed the file name.

Normally the file name would show on the attachment box when a file is attached. Maybe unifi may want to modify software to reflect that. Just a suggestion.
