Unifi send sms regarding NRIC validation even though OCR completed

Hi there, I am having an issue regarding case U-4649784

Yesterday I have unblocked the 2-way block by contacting UNIFI . NOW, it send sms saying my NRIC hasn't been validated but upon checking in mobile@unifi, it says OCR has been completed.

can you help me out?

Can you help me too? All of my family members got the same messages and emails telling them to verify their profiles although they were unblocked only yesterday. Checked mobile@unifi, it said their OCR have been verified/completed. Please reply to this before 8th August.

Me tooo.. i cannot verify my profile.. tak larat nk scan dah.. still cannot verify juga and my account will be terminate on this 08/08/2021.. so hopeless
