To whome it may concern,
Regarding above subject, I had followed instruction in the Unifi sim pack to switch over from current Digi postpaid to Unifi Bebas which as below:
As shown above, steps were followed as given from the Unifi sim pack and until now(almost 12hours) service were still unavailable. This has cause much inconvenience and downtime for me to execute my daily routines and businesses as phone call and internet were inaccessible to me after committing to this switch over.
Note that, my current area were covered by Unifi 4G coverage (refer attached picture).
Please kindly assist and resolve this switch over swiftly.
I did, these are the items mentioned:
BEBAS Monthly Complimentary LTE Only
3GB LTE Only
From above means that i only get complimentary data of 3gb LTE and 100mb 3G that was included in the Bebas sim pack.
