I am using unifi air at PRIMA Homes Matang the line is really unstable and slow. When can solve this issue , I complain for few months already but don't have any improvement. Kindly look into it urgently . When will you install the port

Do you already try to reboot the unifi air router first?
At the same time, you may also try to relocate the unifi air router to another open space area.

After reboot n relocate the line still the same . Even though I using MESH WIFI also can't help.

Pr1ma Matang? It is at Residensi PR1MA Premier Matang, Kuching, Sarawak right? If true, I just check at https://unifi.com.my/check-coverage your location is indeed within coverage area.
I heard there was a temporary congestion..But I suggest you may refer them to check either your location is near the network congestion area not. I believe, they will help you further as you have done on your part by trying ON/OFF the modem and put modem at open place as per advice @Sakura84
