how did it happen so sudenlly? i never asked to close my account,

i was reading and was told to verify in app, been trying to get live chat but its a never ending hold, 

any other way to contact support?  like 100?

You need to verify your profile via app.

If you have done so you can hit livechat mobile (via app) for them to reactivate your number.
