without paid the outstanding bill?It ia because almost 3 weeks i cannnot use the internet .My device broadband was broken.i already sent to TM center to recover my broadband ,but i very dispointed.until now not fiinish

Prior to termination, you're supposed to settle off the outstanding amount. However, as you have mentioned that you unable to use due to the device broadband got broken down, you need to ask the livechat team if they able to waive those unused days of connection or not.
