What should I do if my current service provider rejected my port out request

I got this message " Your switch over was rejected by CELCOM. Please check with your current mobile operator and re-submit your switch over application." So what should I do? The status is currently switching. Do I need to wait for the message from the unifi again? Thank you

Hi @Acit2 ,

 

Call celcom and ask them what is the reason. Usually it because there are some outstanding balance.

After that, login to unifi portal and reach for livechat. You can search on how to livechat in this community.
