Will the balance be transferred to the Tune Talk account together？

I am currently using Unifi Mobile but I would like to Switch to Tune Talk... However, I still have Rm200 balance in my Unifi Mobile account. 

Will the balance be transferred to my Tune Talk account together, or is it gone?

I can't stand your Unifi Mobile APP! Can't log in all the time!

Hi there,

Which plan you are using currently? Is it prepaid BEBAS? If yes, once you request to port out and your account still have balance then it will be forfeited.
